Refund & Exchange Policy
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Receipt is required. Items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition.Â
To qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit, items must meet all criteria:
- Be clean and neatly folded (not excessively wrinkled).
- Never used or worn and show no signs of wash, wear or use.
- Be free of pet hair, odors and stains.
- Have all original tags attached and packaging included.
Store Credit or exchanges ae accepted within 20 days of purchase. Items must meet the same resale condition requirements listed above.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Online purchases must meet the same requirements as above and are allowed 12 days from date of purchase to cover transit time and allow for return authorization to be requested. For preauthorization contact us via email at lorilosada@adornmentsnh.com. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be processed.
Handbags and other accessories are not eligible for prepaid labels.
If you paid for shipping at the time of purchase, a pre-paid return label may be provided to you via email. If you received Free Shipping and use our pre-paid return label, we deduct $10.00 from your refund / store credit.
Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
Processing time: Once the return is confirmed to be in its original condition, a refund will be issued promptly. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. You will receive an email from us the day your transaction is completed.
Exchanges: Please contact us asap to ensure the item you want in exchange is available to you. Limit one exchange per transaction.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items: personal care and beauty products, undergarments, shoes that show signs of wear on the soles, used handbags. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 603-279-4349
