Return Policy


We understand things don’t always work out, so we’ve extended our return “window” to 30 days.  The following guidelines apply:

Purchases made in store have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days to return the item to either location and request a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

  • Eligible returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
  • Eligible items must have original tags and packaging in place.
  • Items cannot have been washed, worn, or used and must be odor & pet hair free.
  • All SALE, or discounted items, are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Cash purchases that exceed the amount of cash on hand will be refunded by company check at our earliest convenience, or a store credit will be provided.


Online purchases must comply with the same guidelines as above but are allowed an additional 5 days from date of purchase to cover transit time.

We provide a return label with the purchase of clothing items. If you paid for shipping, then the return label is free to use. If you received Free Shipping and use the pre-paid return label, we deduct $10.00 from your refund or store credit.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be processed. For preauthorization contact us via email at

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Once the return is confirmed to be in its original condition, a refund will be issued promptly. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The fastest, most efficient way to handle an exchange is to place a new order online, then request a refund of the original purchase as per above.  Limit one exchange per transaction.

Return for Store Credit

An item can be returned for a store credit which will be emailed (or mailed) to you in the form of a gift card that does not expire. If you received free shipping and use the return label, we deduct $10.00 from your store credit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products), shoes that show signs of wear on the soles, or undergarments. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 603-279-4349
