Q. Are you open year round?
A. Yes! Both our our locations are open all year. View brick & mortar store hours.
Q. Is there free parking?
A. Yes! Both of our locations have free parking lots that are close by. In addition, boaters can park at the town docks. We are within walking distance.
Q. Is my dog or cat welcome in your store?
A. Of course! Service animal or not, we'd be happy to welcome well behaved pet. By that I mean my dog isn't the best behaved... (entirely my fault I suppose) so he has to stay at home until he masters his indoor voice. WOOF!! WOOF!! WOOF!! He's a hound dog. So cute! but crazy LOUD...
Q. Do you accept American Express?
A. Yes! We also accept Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay.

Q. Is your shop wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes. The ramp at the Meredith location can be accessed from a side street off of Main Street which is located beside Karlins Wine, Cheese & Provisions. Main Street offers a 2 hr. free parking limit. The other Marketplace shops are accessible by wheelchair from main street and our main parking lot which offers handicap parking spaces. Our Wolfeboro location is accessible directly from Main Street with handicap parking on the street in front of the shop. Please note the Wolfeboro location does have two small steps up.
Q. What if I have a baby stroller?
A. There is ramp at the Meredith location can be accessed from a side street off of Main Street which is located beside Karlins Wine, Cheese & Provisions. The other Marketplace shops are accessible from main street and our main parking lot. Our Wolfeboro location is accessible directly from Main Street, but has two steps up.
Q. What else is there to do besides shopping?
A. Plan on spending a day or two! There are great restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and farm stands with incredible baked goods (and fresh veggies, too). Visit Kellerhaus for homemade chocolates and ice cream, and Funspot for family games & fun! Did you know you can hop on the MSS Mt. Washington to enjoy the picturesque Lake Winnipesaukee which will take you right to Wolfeboro where you can get off, browse the town, and return to Weirs Beach? While you're there be sure to grab a burger at Dockside, and visit the Yum Yum Shop for goodies. The list goes on and on, but don't miss the Meredith Sculpture Walk, Music in the Mill Falls Marketplace, or a chance to ride on Molly the Trolly in Wolfeboro!
Q. Where do you ship to?
A. Whether you purchase online or in store, we can ship anywhere in the continental US via USPS or UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Q. How can I track my online order?
A. When the shipping label is generated our system will automatically send the tracking number to the email address you provided at the time of check out. Use this number to track the delivery details on the carrier's website. Please consult our shipping policy to learn more.
Q. What if I buy something online and it doesn't fit?
A. We get it! You need to try it on, so all shipments containing regular priced clothing items and shoes come with a return label in the box. Be sure to read the return policy to familiarize yourself with it's terms of use.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Simply put, it's 30 days with receipt and in resalable condition. For more information, consult the link at the bottom of our home page.
Q. What if I am buying a gift?
A. Love that! Just enter the address where you'd like us to send the gift and we'll get it out as soon as possible. We offer complementary gift wrapping and when ordering online please use the notes section to let us know you'd like us to wrap it up for you and provide any additional instructions - like "don't include a packing slip or receipt".
Q. Can I include a message with the gift?
A. Of course! Please use the Notes section at checkout to let us know exactly what you'd like to say. We'll include a handwritten 2 x 3 inch note card with your message. Don't forget to specify if you'd like us to gift wrap for you for free.
Q. Can I order online and pick up my purchase at the store?
A. Absolutely! You will be notified via email when your order is available for pick up at our Meredith, NH location. In the event you wish to pick up in Wolfeboro, please communicate this in the Notes section when checking out AND include your phone number so we can be sure to let you know when the item is available for pick up.
Q. What if I wish I bought it when I saw it, but I can't find it online?
A. Just give us a call! Dial 603-279-4349 (Meredith) or 603-569-1149 (Wolfeboro) and we'll do our best to take care of everything right over the phone.
Q. Do you ever have sales?
A. Yes! We always have a half price rack in stores and our sale items are labeled as such on our website. Be sure to join our mailing list and we'll keep you informed of special sales and events. All we need is your first name and email, so please use the pop-up or scroll down to the bottom of our home page to enter your email. Then check your inbox for the "Welcome" email.
Q. Who are you, really?
A. Hi, I'm Lori. My pronouns are she/her. Spanish is my second language. French should be my third, but I'm behind on that front. I'm a Mom, Wife, Sister, Daughter, Dog-Mom, and a Small Business Owner who's trying to navigate this ever-changing world of tech and commerce. My husband and I work together to make this all a reality. I love ice cream and chocolates, but should eat more carrots! I adore shoes, value comfort, and really appreciate well-made, artistic, colorful things. I enjoy doing puzzles, skiing and spending time on the beaches of Maine. Ogunquit to be specific. Every so often I like to pick up a book and not put it down. I enjoy spending days in the city my two kids and being a bit goofy when I get the chance. Please do stop in and say hello sometime.
