Q. Can I order a Gift Card?
A. Yes. For a physical Gift Card, please call 603-279-4349 between 10 am and 5 pm EST to place your order over the phone.
Q. Are you open year-round?
A. Yes! We are with the exception of Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. View brick & mortar store hours.
Q. Is there free parking?
A. Yes! Both of our locations have free parking lots that are close by. In addition, boaters can park at the town docks. We are within walking distance.
Q. Is my dog or cat welcome in your store?
A. Of course! Service animal or not, we'd be happy to welcome your beloved, well-behaved pet.
Q. Do you accept American Express?
A. Yes! We also accept Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q. What is Shop Pay Installments?
A. It's a way you can spread the cost of your purchase over 4 easy installments. Follow this link to learn more.
Q. Is the shop wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes. The ramp at the Meredith location can be accessed from Main Street which is located beside Skal. Main Street offers 2-hr. free parking. The other Marketplace shops are accessible by wheelchair from the main parking lot which offers handicap parking spaces.
The Wolfeboro location does have two front steps but can be accessed with a little help and our dressing rooms are ample. There is handicap parking on the street directly in front of the shop.
Q. What if I have a baby stroller?
A. There is ramp at the Meredith location can be accessed from a side street off of Main Street which is located beside Skal. The other Marketplace shops are accessible from main street and our main parking lot.
Q. What else is there to do besides shopping?
A. Plan on spending a day or two! There are great restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and farm stands with incredible baked goods (and fresh veggies, too). Visit Kellerhaus for homemade chocolates and ice cream, and Funspot for family games & fun! Did you know you can hop on the MSS Mt. Washington to enjoy the picturesque Lake Winnipesaukee which will take you to Wolfeboro where you can get off, browse the town, and then return to Weirs Beach? While you're there be sure to grab a burger at Dockside and visit the Yum Yum Shop for goodies. The list goes on and on, but don't miss the Meredith Sculpture Walk, Live Music on Friday nights in the Summer at the Mill Falls Marketplace, or a chance to ride Molly the Trolly in Wolfeboro!
Q. Where do you ship to?
A. Whether you purchase online or in store, we can ship anywhere in the continental US via USPS or UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Q. How can I track my online order?
A. When the shipping label is generated our system will automatically send the tracking number to the email address you provided at the time of check out. Use this number to track the delivery details on the carrier's website. Please consult our shipping policy to learn more.
Q. What if I buy something online and it doesn't fit?
A. We get it! Sometimes it doesn't work out, so all shipments containing regular priced clothing items and shoes come with a return label in the box. Be sure to read the return policy to familiarize yourself with its terms of use.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Simply put, it's 30 days with receipt and in resalable condition. For more information, consult the link at the bottom of our home page.
Q. What if I am buying a gift?
A. Love that! Just enter the address where you'd like us to send the gift and we'll get it out as soon as possible. We offer complementary gift wrapping and when ordering online please use the notes section to let us know you'd like us to wrap it up for you and provide any additional instructions - such as "don't include a packing slip or receipt".
Q. Can I include a message with the gift?
A. Of course! Please use the Notes section at checkout to let us know exactly what you'd like to say. We'll include a handwritten 2 x 3 inch note card with your message. Don't forget to specify if you'd like us to gift wrap for you for free.
Q. Can I order online and pick up my purchase at the store?
A. Absolutely! You will be notified via email when your order is available for pick up at our Meredith, NH location. In the event you wish to pick up in Wolfeboro, please communicate this in the Notes section when checking out and be sure to include your phone number so we can let you know when the item is ready.
Q. What if I wish I bought it when I saw it, but I can't find it online?
A. Just give us a call! Dial 603-279-4349 (Meredith) or 603-569-1149 (Wolfeboro) and we'll do our best to take care of everything right over the phone.
Q. Do you ever have sales?
A. Yes! We always have a half price rack in stores and our sale items are labeled as such on our website. Be sure to join our mailing list and we'll keep you informed of special sales and events. All we need is your first name and email, so please use the pop-up or scroll down to the bottom of our home page to enter your email. Then check your inbox for the "Welcome" email.
Q. Who owns the business?
A. Hi, I'm Lori. We are a women owned, family operated small business. Spanish is my second language. French should be my third, but I'm behind on that front. My husband and I work together to offer the best selection of clothing, jewelry and accessories in New Hampshire!
